The Decade of Difference | Donate
The Decade of Difference is supported by community and individual donations that are tax-deductible and processed through the Humboldt County Office of Education's Rising Stars Foundation. The Foundation will ensure that all contributions made go directly to student activities within the Decade of Difference and not to any administrative or overhead costs.
Is my donation tax deductible?
Yes, the Humboldt County Office of Education's Rising Stars Foundation is an educational governmental organization and qualifies for tax exempt status by the IRS for purposes of charitable contributions (federal tax ID: 94-6002186). After our receipt of your donation, you will receive confirmation of your tax-deductible donation, as well as a thank you letter from the Rising Stars Foundation expressing our sincere appreciation.
